Thanks for telling me about the Dan Poole fan film. I finished watching it on youtube yesterday and I thought it was very good. The acting performances from the actors who played Spidey, Green Goblin and Gwen were far better than the performances that Tobey, Willem and Kirsten did in Sam Raimi's movies.
When the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man movie comes out on Blu-Ray and DVD, I reckon it would be great if they included Dan Poole's fan film as one of the extras. Dan Poole did such an impressive job with it that it deserves to be made more widely available and therefore seen by many others.

Those are all good choices regarding the villains you would like to see.
For me the villain that I would like to see most in one of The Amazing Spider-Man sequels is The Kingpin. The Kingpin and gangster related storylines would be a great fit for the dark and mature tone that The Amazing Spider-Man movie series will have. If he was to appear in one of the sequels then Marc Webb will likely add another major villain to the movie and have him work for The Kingpin. Smythe would be appropriate as too would almost any villain since nearly every villain has worked for The Kingpin at some point.

Hopefully we can do a panel of some kind in the future, but I dubt we'll do a Superman panel. None of us could get real excited about it.

Are there any villains you are hoping to see in The Amazing Spider-Man sequels?

There is clearly a bit of a divide going on at present in which on one side there is the real Spidey fans such as you and me, and on the other side there is the clueless kids and simpletons who are fans of MaGuire and Raimi.
We real Spidey fans have knowledge of Spider-Man outside of the Raimi trilogy and therefore we know how very inaccurate and butchered those 3 films were. The kids and simpletons on the other hand only got into Spider-Man via the Raimi trilogy and clearly know nothing about the Spider-Man franchise outside of those films. The posts from the Raimi trilogy fans are often pretty embarrassing and usually say shit like "we want Tobey!", "Tobey is the best Spider-Man EVER!" etc. If those people actually bothered to do research on the Spider-Man franchise outside of the Raimi trilogy then they will see for themselves just how wrong Tobey's Peter/Spidey etc was.
Surely and hopefully our knowledgeable and truthful posts have changed the opinions of many of them though.
