About Me:
 
I was the first succesful clone of the Jackal. I had all of the memories of the original Peter Parker, as well as all of his secrets. After encountering Peter for the first time, he believed he had killed me after dropping me in a smokestack. I gave myself the name Ben Reilly after Ben Parker and May Reilly. I lived an ordinary life until I heard that Aunt May was dying from a stroke. On my way there, I had encounter Peter once again. What started as a fight ended in peace. For a brief time, I became the Scarlet Spider hunting down villians like Venom and Kaine. During all of this, I had met Seward Trainer, a guy who had convinced me that I was the real deal and Peter was the clone. Later on, Peter requested me to replace him as Spider-man, in which I accepted. As I claimed to be Spider-man, Carnage's symbiote attempted to bond with me. I rejected at first though later on I had discovered that Seward was working for Osborn, and had lied about me been the original. Filled with anger and hatred, i seeked the symbiote and we became one. Knowing that i'm only a clone, I seek to destroy Peter, Osborn, and any other hero. Why do I seek to kill them? When you are a clone and knowing that when you'll die you'll turn into dust, there's no point in doing good. You get no respect, from saving people because they think I'm a freak. You don't even get any reward or fame, only a bunch of police officers shooting at you as you tried to save the day. Been evil though, you do get respect through fear, you get money, and of course, its fun to destroy and kill. I have nothing to loose, after all I'm just a clone...
