Judging from the other outlines and shading it looks like he's changed grades a few times, though. Looks like a 0.5 in the background and on the shirt of the bigger face, and anything in-between down to the one he's using. :)

I had one of these on the back of my hand years ago. It was only a centimetre or so across, and yeah they stink inside, but holy crap it was satisfying to squeeze.
