ps...your last rep appeared to be the best from a weightlifters perspective (although im sure the rest of the reps helped towards upper back definition and such) my guess is because on the last rep you were fatigued and you naturally had to use a more explosive triple extension than the rest

why would crossfit advertise this? they talk about being so elite at everything...WTF is this shit? olympic lifts dont suite your cardio needs, so stop doing them for high reps with shit technique, and dont even say technique breaks down for the last reps because you arent...

@Spattila bar cant be the bars width below the deltoids...way too low, theres a difference between low bar and this, that sad, he hits a lower depth than multiply crap you see pass in competition and 99% of the average gym go-ers
