@HeretoStay33 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors are trained to deal with this issue at various amphibious schools. (yes Marine Corps, Navy and Army have combatant dive schools)

@dwills172 There are a lot of civilian ranges which limit rapid fire shooting. One of our training facilities limits rapid fire to the "Action" ranges which only qualified military and law enforcement are authorized to use.

@CookiesNKream1 Dude, it's the trigger resetting. AKA follow through, the trigger squeeze / hammer drop is masked by the report of the weapon. The click afterwards is the release of the trigger and the trigger resetting.

diving to more than 40 meters is fine, you just can't use standard dive tables.

@MrZeroCelcius No, it's a national course of fire. So all the clubs can set up the same course for national ranking. Hammered pair in each target, reload followed by hammered pairs in all 3 targets. The idea is you can better compare the abilities of someone in california to someone in michigan.
