Believe it or not, that was me doing the Squat at the beginning of the video.
I was also featured doing the big Deadlift.
That definitely brings back some memories.
At the 2010 Special Olympics Canada Summer Games, I'll be lifting for Newfoundland and Labrador this time, not Team Nova Scotia unfortunately.
