Flandre Scarlet's Theme from Touhou 06: The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil
I didn't really concentrate on this theme, but it had to be done anyway; it's probably Touhou's most well-known theme. By itself it's much easier than many other themes, with not so many semiquavers, and being at a naturally moderate tempo. It also doesn't have too many instrumental layers, lessening the complexity other themes had.
