Brian Gionta collides with James Reimer [HD]

Collision in a game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens on Saturday, October 22nd 2011 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec.

    spadlake spadlake commented:

So now he's out indefinitely. And Healy's on there saying Reimer is acting. Is there a dumber sports analyst than Glenn "End of the Bench" Healy. Horrible incompetent, and our tax dollars pay for it. Nauseating.

CORNER GAS Season 1 Smashdown - "Worlds Biggest..."

    spadlake spadlake commented:

It's corny, and broad and at times obvious, but it's also a gentle satire on how "big city folks" see their country brethren.

Well-acted, well-written, and within it's limitations (nothing cruel, no profanity, etc) it's an excellent show.

And compared to 90% of the dross that the US ships out a...

    spadlake spadlake commented:

No matter how SRV plays, no matter how many notes he's squeezing in, he seems to be working at half speeed. As if he's just having fun, sitting in the rocking chair, that if he actually got serious about the whole thing, he'd just blow your GD head off.

What I love about this song, along with the genius lyrics, isthe quality of the parody. The background vocals are perfect. You can almost see the pair of bouffant-laden country gals in sequined skirts up there behind Hank going "awoo" for all they're worth.

But does he ever really let it go?

That one sounded like he was playing at half-volume, quarter speed.

Not a critcism, mind you, just a recognition that he must sound like a freight train when really lets loose.

    Any recommendations?
