Well, paranoia isn't just fearing people are watching you or out to get you. It really is a type of psychosis, in the case of paranoia, a person will get hallucinations and delusions of people harming them or their loved ones.

@RoflTHEfox It's not a matter of stupidity. It's about how much exposure they get and if they were raised with the knowledge of realizing things in a cartoon or a violent video game should not be attempted.

Also, psychosis can play a huge role too.
