Hey there, the knee is doing pretty well! I am just short of two years post-surgery... I am actually getting the screw taken out of it onn Tuesday because it has been really bugging me lately! and how are your legs doing ? sounds like you have had a lot of problems with them in the last couple years

its getting there, still havent heard from physio.. to be honest it doesnt feel any different to before the ops so im not pleased. But could change after physio, i'll keep you posted, thanks for asking :)

Oh awesome! I'm not actually from Chicago I live about 45 minutes away from the city, I just say Chicago since people know where it is. i WISH i actually lived in the city haha.

I partially tore it tumbling in gymnastics. also dislocated my kneecap to the outtter part of my knee. a few months later i was in basketball and did a spin move around a girl and it just "popped" I collapsed. Thats when I completely tore it.
