this soundtranck are a little different from the first one, this was first appeared at sailor moon S movie and later used for sailor moon supers before the senshi upgraded to super form.

Of course it's NOT RIP Off. It just that her hair resembles sailor moon and when I saw Lucia sing with Miyuki's voice, I imagine Sailor Moon sing the song since Miyuki took the role as her in sailor myu before. It just bring back my memories of sailor myu that I watched several years ago
