The sur and taal in the voice can't be described in words. You can just feel the song and that's it.

She tried way too hard to copy Noor Jehan. The high pitch she tried to do here is so badly obvious is not her forte that it shows. And why is she trying to copy the 'harqats' of Noor Jehan? Her voice shows signs of training nonetheless but she should must keep in mind here own range.

Not only the tune of "Om Jai Jagdish Hare" but please notice the end as well. Beautiful blend of Radha-Krishna concept where the guy plays the flute and the girl is just finding pure bliss in it. A very progressive idea from a nation which was just formed on the basis of Islamic Sharia Law.

Srabani Sen changed the tempo of the song. Listen to this song sung by her mother Sumitra Sen. The best rendition of this song so far. Even Lata Mangeshkar's version seems not that upto the mark compared to Sumitra Sen's version.
