There's a lot more to me than just my weight, but for the purpose of this channel, I'll keep the theme going. Also, I'm not into starting multiple channels so here is where you'll find all my favorite videos and subscriptions that aren't particularly about weight loss.

Back in 2005, I was at my all time lowest weight of 137lbs and since then, it's been a struggle to get back to that place. Losing weight is more than just vanity for me. It's how I gauge how in control of my life I am. Once I conquer my weight, I can being to conquer other areas of my life that I feel need improvement and believe me there's many.
