About Me:

Hello there. Thank you for viewing my channel. I know that I'm suppose to desribe myself, but I thought I would describe my layout instead. I've been asked a few times how big my lyaout is and what I model so I thought I would use this space to do that instead of answering some of the same questions over and over again. But please if you have any questions or suggestions please let me know. Thank you

I model the Soo Line and Chicago and Northwestern, My train layout is 30' 7/16" x 10' 9" and is 5' 7" tall. I know that it is pretty tall for a train layout but I didn't want a duck under or a lift out. Plus I like the feel that you get when they are right in your face. It takes up half the size of my basement the other being laundry and shop area. The layout is a doubel a mainline with a yard on the longer wall with locomotive facilities on either side. One of them is not quite yet finished its still a work in progress. I'm looking for a interlocking tower and maybe some other details so I have that part kind of in limbo. I just bought a set of Griswold crossings for that part also. Thanks again for viewing my channel and please rate and coment on my videos.

I hope to put up a video every couple of months tho show the progress, unless there is no progress made.
