Everything is born(occure) then grow up(incline),reach the peak and then decline (old) and finally - die (return to dust)
Some we love must die 1 day.
Things belong to you must broken and decay.
If you accept this, you will free from pain,sadness,anger,illusion.
2) Life in this world is nothing.
Nirvana is the real happiness.
3) Nothing is us cuz our body r just 4 elements. we will leave it when life is shifted.
Nothing is ours for those same reason.
If we stick with it,will cause us the pain
Free from pain is do not stick with it.
