@deepa7885..... deepa put 1 or 2 small bowl / katori up-side-down in big pan(in which u gonna boil your idli) ,than put 1 big steel plate/pie plate and top of that put small 4 to 5 bowls (depends on size)..........enjoy

instead of kneading can we do that in foodprocessor?
