@34dandan34 That means that the mother was pregnant with four babies at once. They don't have to be identical. It could be 4 eggs and 4 sperm, 1 egg and 1 sperm (that divided into 4 separate babies), or any combination that would create 4 babies forming at the same time...in the same mother.
