Zilla? He was pretty fake looking. The CGI is seriously outdated now.

On the other hand, Godzilla wasn't fake looking at all as it was a rubber suit... As in it was kinda real. Seriously.

1998 Godzilla is hailed as one of the worst monster movies in history, while I like the monster design, the movie was simply bad. I don't want to hear "Well in my opinion it was good" as opinion cannot justify terrible scriptwriting, acting and structure. Oh and that forced romance bullshit with the worm guy and reporter lady. How shallow can a movie be?

Saying that, a lot of the Godzilla movies from Japan are pretty trashy too. The original was pretty incredible though.
