My gripe with with keyboards is quite similar to PC gamers saying "I can't aim with a gamepad!". I personally find it very easy to quickly aim on a gamepad and see no disadvantage. It is more about what you are used to.

Potion while doing this. Then enchant the bow however you want and enchant as many items as you can of your armor with fortify archery. My daedric bow does 367 damage plus 26 lightning and 26 frost damage.
