Cute cat. It seems to be an American or Japanese Bobtail....more likely a Japanese bobtail as they have uniformly stub tails, and American bobtails have tails of varying lengths. I don't think it's a manx as manxes have no tail, not even a stub.
Japanese bobtails are great cats, very energetic...
