Good u can do it like that. If u ever do want an occasional healthy meal, I learned from scooby, mix a can of black beans (good protein) with a few globs of fresh cut salsa (good veggies). The salsa's only like 60 calories for a small bowl and the meal tastes as good as the salsa does.
