@AlexMoensChannel The only situation that I know of where an unborn child would cease to grow naturally in the womb is when he/she has already died. It's impossible for an embryo or fetus to just stop growing and continue to live.

There is plenty of room and resources for 7 billion people. Even 14 billion. The only people who would deny this are those who have never traveled out of their over populated megacities. On the other hand we do need to conserve our resources and not have more children then we can take care of.
