Basically as I said in the video, ACTA is an agreement between countries, but it is NOT a law, it's not a functioning legislative in any country and additional laws must be pass to fullfil the agreeement. What I consider funny is that most people that are protesting against ACTA didn't even read and they are making bullshit stories about what's in it.
Again I'm not saying that I'm for ACTA or something, I'm just saying that this is not the end of the internet, signing it means nothing.
