Successful business relationships rely heavily on the ability for involved parties to communicate and 'mesh' well. At SolidLine, we have fun at work. Every day. And we want our clients to have fun during the production process as well. When working with SolidLine, you will quickly learn that our team is a group of very easy going creative professionals. Customer service is of utmost importance at SolidLine. We think of it as more of a client experience. Production work is fun, and we want our clients to enjoy working with us, and have fun with the process of creating something visually special.

The SolidLine quality control process ensures that we are on track to hitting the mark for each and every video we produce. This QC is maintained through a series of production approval stages, both internally and externally. Externally, we have 9 stages of approval (Creative Brief, Treatment, Style Sheet, Script, 2-Column, Motion Approval, Rough-Cut, Final-Cut, and Picture-Lock). Internally, we have QC in place for each and every minute detail of the production, so there literally can be hundreds of internal QC checks in each production.
