Rypzylon is living in a small village in mecklenburg vorpommern/ germany. Since he can think he is into audio, visual and lyric. With 16 years he get in contact with electronic music and start to turn vinyls on different venues. His main-style can be described as deep progressive trance with punkrock flavour. He also mix techno, drum & bass and ambient/ chillbeat sets. 2004 he start to organize parties with his best friend weaselson. At this time they start the dj team "Rypzylon & WeaselSon", which will play progressive dj-sets like semi-live-acts, for example with groove boxes, real drums and percussions, guitars, third players or harsh vocal/synth cuts... After 7 years of dj-experience and travels around north germany he start with his friend and singer Florian "Fleevo" Lindner to produce own tracks under the name "Stroke Unit". He is also in artwork, photography, reading and writing. 2007 he found together with weaselson the netlabel "multiplex records" which is primarily influenced by psychedelic trance, progressive trance and ambient/chillout.
Maligne is a one man - one machine project by Rypzylon. He already has marked himself as a DJ on the national sound map in Germany the last time. Now he is ready to conquer the rest of the world with his own deep and emotional psychedelic music. Maligne is known for putting a lot of effort and detailed work in every section of his compositions. He brings you a unique blend between progressive trance with psychedelic roots and modern distorted industrial music which fits very well into Multiplex's label direction.
Under the synonym "Stroke Unit" establish Rypzylon at the end of the year 2006 his 2nd studio-project. Electronic music, which is in the frame of progressive trance and synthpop. But it would be too trivial to say that he only work under the banners of these genres. From beginning to end you are taken on a journey both deep and groovy as well as up-lifting and melodious yet never cheesy. This multi-genre liveact is influenced by many schools of music and it always manages to take the best and most hypnotically addicting parts and weave together a synthesis of the harmonies to create a compelling a richly diverse tapestry of sound. His music is emotional and powerful... With the beginning of the year 2008 he have his first live acts which will swept the audience off their feet.
