Yes!!!! After hearing his entire speech - and not just the sound bites - I hope you have a bit more understanding of who he is, his message, Black ministers, and the Black church. What's really important to know is the the context of Wright's sermons are no different than those preached by MLK some 40 years ago. And at time, in fact, MLK was viewd as the Jeremiah Wright of his time but much more "dangerous" because he literally took his ministry to the streets all the way to Washingon.

mlk is a person I'l hold & I'm America will hold in history...my troubles are with the ppl(AFRICIAN AMERICANS) in high places who have lacked Dr. King's knowledge...instead have pushed and continued the white man blame game, in a church no-less.
It's very upsetting to me, it's been going on since mlk's death.
White people got the message from Dr. King - we don't need anymore of a message...blaming won't help at this point, with blame brings shame and lack of self respect. I hope REV. Jesse Jackson is helping my brothers & sisters!

I feel that Rev. J White and J Jackson had much support the equal rights...
I'm white and I my ancestors should also be acknowledged! Whether I have a black family or not...isn't nor hasn't been issue ever...until I came here to Youtube...It seems to be more of an issue of race with blacks in the US, then any other race in whole world. Blacks in the US were raised with people like Rev. Jesse Jackson and Jer. White, they tend, do, and have been preaching the same old school way for along time. It's time it stops.

MLK is it for me! I love and respect him more then you'll ever know. I also need you to know that I don't like Jesse Jackson.....I can think of ten reasons at this second. I've meet him and studied his old school preaching...been there for real...Someone needs to tell Jesse the 70's preaching is done. Or the whole USA will!
