About Me:

Soiree are an Acoustic trio featuring Sue Graves (vocals, guitar), Hector Gilchrist (vocals, guitar, harmonica) and Steve Poole (guitar, vocals). We perform a variety of musical styles - mostly contemporary Folk but with a smattering of Jazz standards, traditional, Pop and Rock classics, striving all along to keep it tasteful, uplifting and fun! We play at clubs, parties, festivals, house concerts - anywhere there is an audience prepared to listen and pay us some beer money (NB sometimes Steve and Hector can get very thirsty and Sue has a chocolate dependency). The videos on here show us 'in action' (cf. inaction), so you can see what we are like and possibly even contemplate booking us! We are very nice people to deal with, and are especially interested in luxury cruises round the Bahamas. Equally, we are prepared to (indeed have done so) stand in a marquee in a wet field and Serenade the Moon - and you!
