I have suffered with the phobia all my life and now at the age of 29 I recognize there was an issue within me, but once I wasn't embarrassed to admit I had anxiety phobia the better I felt because now I could finally start to work at it. I have found out within the last six months that I am a Introvert with anxiety phobia, but at this point in my life I am willing to do anything to fix it and believe that I will over come it and will do all that is asked of me to accomplish the goal.

Hello there,

I just wanted to say thank you for what your doing. I'm a 20 year old student and I believed that what I have been feeling the past 3 years was my own wrong doing and that I was alone in that feeling. I've just watched the video on how improving social skills does not get rid of anxiety and I cried when you listed the means people take to combat those feelings because I finally came face to face with some of the problems I have. It was liberating, I can begin to understand that I can overcome my anxiety psychologically and not by means of drugs or by resuming the behaviours you spoke about. I'll be using this channel quite frequently as I simply need too. Thank you.

It's so cool that you explain that improving social skills is not the answer to social anxiety! I thought there was no one out there who addressed this fact. I'm happy there is!

It's wonderful to meet a genuine person who has conquered this problem for them self. I'm really enjoying your videos and look forward to watching more!

Hey, thanks for uploading the videos - I have found them really insightful. I am positive I have social anxiety. I was wondering if taking drugs such as beta blockers might help me. Apparently they can inhibit arousal of the autonomic nervous system which causes unpleasant sensations in the body. Anyway do you think I should go to a doctor and ask them to prescribe me such drugs. I have tried some psychological solutions BTW
