If you want Goslings body from that movie, it all starts in the kitchen. This is good a video with great exercises, but these workouts aren't going to get you ripped unless you keep a clean and disciplined diet. I'm sure the submitter would agree.

Completely agreed. That's why I'm always so torn on about cutting, as I'm afraid to lose ANY of the strength I've worked hard to gain. I guess I just prefer to be strong and bulky than looking like a fitness model. Different strokes for different folks.

I completely agree. That was their first interview together, but they began to have some great chemistry on future interviews. Both guys genuinely enjoy each other it seems. I don't think Mr. T has been on Conan's new TBS show. I wonder why :(
