Well done. I have heard it said "Dul A" and Dul-uh. I wonder how it was originally done? I read about the original song in Blind But Now I See, Doc Watson's biography. Once again, enjoyed the video was well as the song!

part of what made the original Newsboys so good was Steve Taylor wrote many of the songs for them!

I was lucky enough to see him perform not long before he passed. It was amazing to say the least. He had a long line at his table for autographs and he stayed there almost til his next set to be sure everyone got to meet him.

Why would Sr. Shoot Jr? Bocephus did it his way too, I think Hiram would be proud.

I found his version on rhapsody to check out. It's not typical of his other stuff but it's worth checking out.

@jrdill1929 I have to agree with you. Totally uncalled for. You can tell by the way the crowd responded. Wilburn brothers were good, but Teddy didn't have anything on Johnny, fine man and great songwriter.

@shadrick98 Glad to hear that, I'll be seeing him in a few days. I didn't see him on the retirement tour and I regretted that for 4 years, making up for it now!

I started the academy only a few days after his accident. I never met him, but I can say he is a hero of mine. Deputy McCormack was what a law enforcement officer should be, and I hope to honor the badge as he does. His legacy lives on.
