Dana ran her tongue over her braces. She was so happy she was getting them off today after school. Gone, out of her life forever. Today was perfect. It was her birthday and her boyfriend, Johnny was taking her out tonight to her favorite restaurant, Red Lobster. She tapped her pencil on the edge of her desk, eyes glued to the clock. Finally the red hand slowly ran over the 12 and the bell rang. Dana swooped up her books and dashed out of the classroom almost completely falling over.

Maria: Whoa!! Slow down there, birthday girl!
Dana: (stops) Oh, hey. And thanks. I'm just so psyched! I'm getting my braces off and Johnny's taking me out! Oh, it's gonna be awesome!
Sarah: Oh, TELL ME you didn't forget.
Dana: Of course I didn't forget!! (looks around then back at them) Wait, what were we talking about, again?
Sarah: (looks over at Maria) She forgot.
Maria: Jesus, Dana!! How could you forget about the JB concert tonight?!
Dana: Oh crap, guys. I'm so sorry. It must've just slipped my mind. (looks at he watch) Hey, listen, I gotta go. Kay? I promise I'll meet up with you guys at Maria's house right after I meet up with Johnny. Okay?
Maria: Sure, sure. Fine.
Dana: Thanks. I love you guys!! (rushes away)
Sarah: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Dana: Thanks! (pushes open the door to the building and shoots home)
Maria: She is gonna LOVE her gift from us.
Sarah: You can say that twice.

After getting her braces off, Dana was all smiles as she prepared for her date. She curled her hair, slipped on her outfit and after applying her makeup, she dashed outside and walked slowly up the block to Red Lobster.

Nick fixed his jacket in the mirror. He thought he looked pretty good.

Joe: Date with Miley?
Nick: Yeah, whaddya think? (turns around) This good?
Kevin: It's fine if you wanna blind her with the whiteness of it.
Nick: Ugh! I'll change!! (runs up, changes and comes back down) Is THIS good?
Kevin: Much better, now lets go if you wanna be back in time for sound check!
Nick: Okay, come on!!

The two hop into the car and Kevin drives Nick to Red Lobster. Nick gets out of the car and goes inside. He was about to go to the front desk and ask where Miley was sitting when he bumped into someone. A very beautiful someone, at that.

Nick: Whoa! I am so sorry. Here let me help you.
???: Oh, thanks.
Nick: (helps picking up the things the girl dropped out of her purse) No, no. I'll get that. It's my fault. (looks into her eyes) Uhh...hi...I'm Nick.
???: (starstruck) Oh, yeah, I know....I'm a HUGE fan. (extends her hand) I'm Dana.
Nick: Hi..
Dana: It's really funny, I'm actually going to your concert tonight.
Nick: (laughs) Really? Oh, that's cool. Maybe I'll see your beautiful eyes in the crowd.
Dana: (smiles and blushes) Yeah...uhh...well I gotta go...
Nick: Bye.
Dana: Bye.

Nick watched as Dana disappeared into the restaurant. He got the section of Miley's table. He saw her from behind and headed over. When he got there he saw Dana hiding and watching something. He went over and startled her.

Dana: Oh, hi Nick.
Nick: (sees the tears in her eyes) What's wrong.
Dana: (angry) Nnnnothing.
Nick: I see you're a Mi--(notices Miley's kissing someone and goes over followed by Dana) MILEY??!
Miley: Oh, hey Nicky.
Nick: You call me NICKY right after I catch you kissing some stranger!?!?!
Dana: He's not a stranger. He's my EX-boyfriend, Johnny.
Nick: Well let me be the first to day, we're done, Miley. (storms away and calls Kevin to pick him up)
Dana: How could you do this to me, Johnny?!?! On my BIRTHDAY no less!!
Miley: Oh, Happy Birthday.
Dana: Shut up!
Miley: Jeeze.
Johnny: Look, I'm sorry Dana. It's just--(gets cut off)
Dana: It's just WHAT?!?! In case you didn't get the mental memo, we're OVER! (starts storming away)
Johnny: DANA WAIT!!
Dana: I'm done waiting.

Music was blasting in Sarah's bedroom. Maria and Sarah were doing each other's nails. Maria sent Dana a text about changing the meeting place to Sarah's house.

Maria: Which color? (holds up two different pinks)
Sarah: Umm...that one. (points to the lighter pink) That's perfect.
Maria: Thanks. Sparkles?
Sarah: If you're going for an edge, yeah! Oh, I almost forgot.

Sarah reached into her purse and pulled out three tattoos. They had the JB logo on them.

Maria: (takes one) Oh my Jonas!! These are awesome!!
Sarah: I know. I scored them off of Madison Karring from homeroom.
Maria: Sweet.

After about 1 minutes of talking someone rings the doorbell downstairs. The Two Jonas-Obsessed Girls ran downstairs and opened the door to find a very upset Dana standing before their eyes. Her makeup was running and she looked as sad as ever. The three best friends enveloped into a huge hug and Maria and Sarah led Dana up to Sarah's room and sat her on the bed.

Sarah: What happened?
Dana: He...he...kiss...Miley...
Maria: What?
Dana: Johnny was kissing MILEY CYRUS.
Maria: WHAT?!!?
Sarah: No Way!!
Dana: Yeah....
Sarah: Here. Take a shower. You look horrible.
Dana: Thanks.
Sarah: No, I mean, you look...well..
Dana: No, I get it. I meant thanks for letting me use your shower.
Sarah: Oh, no problem.

Sarah led Dana to the shower. Dana didn't even mention that she met Nick Jonas. Sarah sat back on the bed with Maria and looked at her.

Maria: That jerk.
Sarah: Seriously.
Maria: But she'll have a blast tonight. I just know it.

After Dana's shower the trio left for the concert hall.

Dana: Why are we leaving so early?
Sarah: Uhh...we wanna get in first.
Dana: Why?
Maria: Oh look!! We're here!!

Maria points out the concert hall and Dana looked out the window. She felt that horrible feeling again, like when she saw Johnny kissing Miley. Seeing Nick would just bring back those horrible memories. The trio huddled in the main entrance lobby to present Dana with her gift.

Maria: Ok, we know that your dream is to meet the Jonas Brothers.
Sarah: So with a lot of help from our parents.
Maria: And a little dip into our savings accounts... (smiles as Sarah takes an envelope out of her JB Tote bag)
Sarah: We got these. (hands the envelope to Dana)
Dana: You guys didn't!! (opens the envelope) YOU DID!!! Oh my gosh, guys!!! (hugs them)

Suddenly all of the happiness flowed back into her. Dana was ecstatic now Although, she already did meet her favorite Jonas Brother she was still stoked to meet him for real this time because her best friends in the whole entire world got her meet and greet passes. The three girls got in line at exactly three o'clock, to end up being 5th in line. The boys arrived and all of the people in line started screaming.

Something--or someone--caught Nick's eye as he stepped up to the meet and greet table. He didn't look at the line long enough to notice Dana standing there, 5th in line. But as soon as she got up to the table, he was happy again. He really liked her. She was really pretty.

Nick: Well it is a small world.
Dana: (blushes) Long time no see.
Maria: Wait.
Sarah: You know each other?

Maria: (squeals) I know! Uh, I mean...I'm Maria. (tries to play it "cool" but can't hold her love for him in much longer) Ohmigosh, I'm a HUGE fan!! You are like AMAZING!! (hugs him)
Joe: (laughs) Cool.

Sarah: Uh..umm....uhh...I'm Sarah.
Kevin: Hi, I'm Kevin.
Sarah: I think you are, like, amazing. How do you handle all the people hating on you?
Kevin: Well, you know, it's hard, but then I think of all those really pretty fans of mine who are true fans if they love all us three and not just one or two. (winks at her)
Sarah: (blushes)

Nick: (looks at his watch) Oh, shoot. You gotta get moving along, but I just wanted to give you these. (pulls out three backstage passes) See you there. (hands them to her)
Dana: (blushes and takes the passes) C'mon guys lets go.
Sarah: (gazing into Kevin's eyes) Yeah, sure. Listen...go without me...
Maria: (gazing into Joe's eyes) Yeah...me too...
Dana: (grabs their arms) Lets GO! (pulls them away) Look what I got! (dangles the passes in front of them)
Maria: (grabs one) Oh my JONAS!!! How did you get these?!?!
Dana: I know some people.
Sarah: Well this sure beats our gift.
Maria: Yeah, how did you know Nick, anyway?
Dana: We sorta...bumped into each other...he was meeting Miley...so...yeah...
Sarah: This is so cool!!
Maria: Good, 'cause I really wanna get to know Joe better.
Sarah: He seemed to like you.
Maria: What about you and Kevin. He totally made a move on you.
Sarah: (sighs) I know...isn't it great? (puts the backstage pass on)
Maria: (does the same) This is gonna ROCK!
Dana: Tell me about it.
Sarah: Lets go buy JB gear before we get backstage.
Maria: Sweet.
Sarah: Stop saying that.
Maria: Sorry...

The girls went to the "booth" and each got a shirt, buttons, and a bunch of other JB stuff. After putting some of the items on, they headed toward the backstage door, where a bodyguard guarded the door. They showed their passes and the door opened for them. They look at each other and linked arms. They squealed and went backstage. They walked down the (what seemed like) ridiculously long hallway, passing a dressing room for Demi Lovato and the door was open. The girls took a peek and she wasn't in there. Then they moved along passing a bunch of doors and they got to the side of the stage where there was a couch. They plopped down on it when three extremely hot guys walk over.

Nick: Well hi there.
Dana: Hi.
Mr. Jonas: 30 minutes guys. Demi just went on.
Joe: Kay, thanks.
Kevin: This must suck for you guys. You can't even see the concert.
Sarah: Oh, that's fine with me. (smiles at Kevin)
Nick: So are you guys cool with this? There's some food over there, and the bathrooms right around the corner.
Dana: Thanks...
Joe: (sits next to Maria) So...you like bananas?
Maria: (gazes into his gorgeous eyes) Yeah....
Kevin: Ew, ugh. I hate fruit.
Sarah: Really?! What a coincidence!! Me too!

Sarah was secretly lying. In fact, she'd kill for a bright red slice juicy watermelon right now.

Joe: What else do you like?
Maria: You...(covers her mouth) Oh, did I just say that out loud?
Joe: (laughs nodding) Yeah, you kinda did. But it's okay. I like brunettes.
Maria: (smiles and blushes)

After 30 minutes of clicking the boys had to go onstage as Demi left stage. She came over and sat next to the girls.

Demi: (extends her hand) Hi, I'm Demi.
Sarah: Oh, I know. I just ADORED Camp Rock. You were amazing in it. You have a great voice.
Demi: Awe, thank you so much.
Maria: Yeah, Sarah's right. Hi, I'm Maria.
Demi: Hi. Listen, I saw Joe looking at you like that. I think he likes you. You should definitely go for it if he asks you out. Which he probably will.
Maria: You think so?
Demi: Definitely! In fact, I think all three of you will be asked out tonight.
Dana: (smiles) I hope so...
