My dad let me pick an album from his radiogram when I was 6 and having played all of them, I chose The seekers by a mile - cherished that album, must have played it a zillion times. My intro to music - The water is wide, Georgies Girl, Turn turn turn were my favourites.

Horrible pain - I get out of bed like grease lightning and stand hard on my toes - muscle aches for a day - but that initial pain must be as bad as someone carving you up with a knife - shit - as I think about it the twats tightening up.
