Also... if you have a ipod or iphone. my last cigarette is a great app. it tracks how long youve been smober, how much youve saved, how many smokes you havent had since you quit and lots lots more. its .99 cents and deffinitly worth it. And thanks again to everyone at the smober up team. couldnt have done it without you!

a season 2 would be great.... i had never heard of smober up, and somehow it started playing on my computer. i went to close the window but hessitated. i watched 2 episodes and decided to quit smoking. i never planned to quit but this show inspired me. im 29 and have smoked over a pack a day for more than 13 years...never thought i could stop. FIVE WEEKS TODAY. thank you very much

Congratulations, @autumnshaw1! Everyone's quit journey is different, and it's great that you found a good source of motivation. You can also check out the Smober Up Facebook page -- there's lots of supportive conversation and a Quitting Calculator you can try out to see just how many cigarettes you haven't smoked. Good luck!

hey Tobacco-free days: 7days 16hours 57 min i quit for me and no one else then i got a though i stay smoke free for my godson umm i did it cold turkey and i am doing good for being a pack a day for 13 years there's never a good time to quit but you do have to mentally prepare days be fore you do i entered the driven to quit challenge for Canada a contest is always a good incentive i know that plenty of people enters and chances of my name getting pulled at the end of the month are slim but i got hope for the contest and will power for not smoking if your mentally unstable its going to be very f**king hard my buttons are push every two three days love not smoking oh yeah if i can do it you can do it if you can do it we all can do it striving to be smoke free Ontario

Hi theanson50, thanks for your interest in the Smober Up webisodes. There are no plans for season two, but there's still lots happening on the Smober Up Facebook page! KJ and Kevin have joined as official Community Ambassadors and continue to share their stories, and there's also a new Smober Up Quitting Calculator that you can test. Hi My5744, the NICORETTE® Patch and Inhaler are not indicated for use together. The only combination therapy currently available is the NICORETTE® COMBOQUIT™ product that involves using the Patch and Gum together. Please consult with your healthcare provider to determine which NICORETTE® products may be right for you. Good luck on your quit journey!
