hey you said that u got into a cursing habit. just have your friend punch u everytime u swear(or u can punch yourself)... or tell everyone around u that u don't want to hear them swearing any more. maybe it would help to set a goal that u get a reward once u don't swear for a week or whatever. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
