@Kyuuqsoft No it's not. Sure there are some cases where people uncontrollably swear which could be similar I guess, but those are rare. Most, like mine, are just facial tics, like nose twitches or continuous blinking\winking

What I like about him is that there are so many people out there trying so hard to be real, that they turn fake. Kurt was just naturally real, and you can tell by looking in his eyes
