great vid, i always find that when i parry a punch i end up panicing and just putting up both my forearms to block.. any tips as to how i can avoid this and actually get use to catching and parrying punches? thanks

Thanks for posting the video buddy, really good instruction. I always make the mistake of jabing then returning the punch to my jaw then crossing. Love the pulley system way of describing it. GREAT VIDEO!

I train in Mauy Thai and was wondering if this particular pair of shorts will give me the flexibility that i need to preform high kicks etc. Is this short going to be the same as traditional high rising mauy Thai short? thanks..
