I'll Fly Away - Hank Williams
Some glad morning when this life is over,
I'll fly away.
To a home on God's celestial shore,
I'll fly away.
I'll fly away, O Glory,
I'll fly away....

May of been an "inaccurate depiction" of Wyatt Earp, but this was 1955. Custer was a hero, but in real life, a total Jackass. As it was stated, "When the legend becomes fact, print the legend." In the 50's, it made a great show. You don't like it, don't watch it.

I'd forgotten how much him and Alan Young (Mr Ed fame) looked alike.
I believe this was either '49 or '51. The last song he wrote was "I saw the Light", performed it in a bar, then on the road. He passed December 12th, 1952.
