I don't know if this is what you're asking, but I think he's just doing the two fingers to exactly replicate the way Reinhardt played this solo since it's an exact transcription. Reinhardt could only use a couple of fingers because of a deformity in his left hand.

I can't help but feel like this is a trick to make me feel like a bad person. I mean, you say they're relatively normal aside from the weird fainting thing and yet you post a string of weird clips where you trigger the fainting. Anyway, it was pretty funny when they both fainted at the same time.
