@skrimpshidy They are, they posted a list of things they are fixing and MAV surfing is one of them, they are making the MAV have the range and sweeping frequency of the T-UGs (loses 5 meters of motion sensing range) basically making the MAV into a flying tugs, i already switched over to the T-UGs...

@537OH55V The ranges go past 976 on console, I too am a console player and I got a 1141m headshot, and multiple headshots at 1000m+ (1141 is my furthest)

@Justice782 Actually, there are two desert eagles, one is in the .50, and the other is a .44 for civilians.

@Nazrat84 It's all practice, in battlefield3 i have the 130th or so highest recon score on xbox, once you can judge the distance to the target you know how high to aim, hitting runners is a tad more difficult though.

If it were me, Id deal with him using the a-10, cuz nothing said fuck you like a barrage of rocket pods and cannon rounds at your face.

I hope its mirrors edge 2, i loved #1, but id be disappointed if it was bc3, BF3 is still an amazing FPS, ive got 11 days on it and still love it, no need to work on a new game when you could be working on DLC

@DEREZZ3D Pre update the furthest the bullet would travel is 975m , now it can go well past 1000m, you might not have been compensating for bullet drop enough

@version4point7 which is exactly why they need to keep the dmg as is, 95 point blank with the 98b isnt bad at all, especially seeing as i can either switch to my 1911 and take him out one hit or do a quick knife. i love how they did the damage.

@Null107 Actually, prior to the new patch 979 was the longest heashot you could get, they increased it now though, yay for my two 1100+meters headshots in one game

@vickomf truly, they are all equal other than the l96 (since you can get a flash supp for it), it really just depends on which rifles bullet drop you get used to, and what range you are shooting at

That was with the m98b, but im starting to transition over to the l96, dunno what i like about it, since its inferior in every way (not including reload speed, i dont care about reload speed at all...

@xHolyHandGrenadex1 Just recently unlocked misslepods, not sure whether to use them or heat seekers, ill use the shoot one then the other tactic, never tried it, but im not sure which weapon i want...which would you recommend for a newish pilot. problem is its tough for me to track and keep targe...

@Chu99y why use the l96 over the 98b? I havent gotten karkand yet, but does the bullet drop less than the 98b?
