is it possible to use the same structure, like this one, for a 15-20 minutes shortfilm screenplay? I mean: is there enough time, to care, to feel and to emphatize with the main character. or should you just stay with 'punchline' writing for a shortfilm?

i like the beginning of the scene -- but i thing the epic hornes of 'like a dog chasing cars' should just, no, can only start to play when the hero...enters the scene!
