About this user

I am an independent church consultant (and tv producer). I specialize in small group ministry, lay leadership development and church growth. Since 2001 I have been a leader in the Unitarian Universalist small group ministry movement and have been consulting and leading trainings ever since.

In 2001 I launched the first Unitarian Universalist Small Group Ministry website and later co-founded the UU Small Group Ministry Network, now a non-profit supporting this ministry throughout our congregations in the United States.
