I love watching your videos. I made a cake the other day and I made cream cheese icing. I did a crumb coat (I think) and put it in the fridge to set. When I did the second coat I can't seem to get it smooth. When I use the paper towel it always sticks to the icing. Am I not letting it sit lo...
