I dont believe this is Ervin Rouse, although its possible, but im not aware that he recorded it more than once, Roy Hall was the first to record it (1938), but due to a royalties dispute that recording wasnt issued until 1999, Ervin recorded it with his brother Gordon in 1939, that aint this
