Simon: I have been following your videos for awhile and it's pretty obvious you're an inspiration to many. I admire not only your craftsmanship but also the principle of creating an open educational source for ceramics. Believe it or not, I learned how to tap center with the help of your videos! You deserve more than you contribute... but I'm afraid that's the nature of the system you post on.

YOU ARE MY IDOL!! I just started taking a ceramics class and i am obsessed. We are working on all different types of building with coils, slabs, handbuilt, pinched, etc. but i am in love with the wheel. Someday i hope to have a studio like yours. today i threw a little trinket holder that i saw in one of your videos. Thank you and please keep up the good work.

Hola Don Simón. Hermosos trabajos en arcilla. Ayer fui de paseo a un pueblito de Chile llamado POMAIRE . Allí viven de la artesanía en greda. ( barro ) También hacen cosas hermosas. Usted usa arcilla blanca. Me gustó la combinación de arcilla y loza de los platos y botellas. Espero que entienda lo que le escribo. Subiré un video del lugar y se lo enviaré para que lo conozca. im in a beginning throwing class and we have to do a presentation on a famous potter and i've choosen you. i was wonding if you could give me some more info other that whats on your website, like the kind of clay you use, the types of glazes and the types of firings you do etc. if you have any unknown facts about yourself too that would be fantastic.
