When we first met Ben under the alias of Henry Gale the only word that could describe his nature was creepy. His somewhat twisted nature was mirrored in the brassy, twisting theme used for the Others. Learning more about his poor upbringing and tragic past, that theme developed into something more sensitive and emotional that helped us to empathise for him. Still, even now it is quite imposssible to know what his true intentions are and thus the darker side could be unleashed at any moment. Truly one of the most watchable and intriguing characters on the show. (less info)
