Great tone on the Metro clips but I am a little worried about building one. I tried a 62' Bluesbreaker (reissue w EL34's) and a 50 watt Plexi (EL34's with 4x12 cab) the other day and was not impressed at all. The sound was very bass heavy, flabby and just mush. I was using a LP and could not get any useable sounds out of either one. Is this Metro getting better tone due to the KT66's? I was on 7-8 before either amp was breaking up at all. Any help would be welcome. Thanks.

I'm willing to get a coiple of PAFs replicas for my Les Paul... I've heard something good on Bare Knuckle pickups. I know the original PAFs are all different, but I'm looking for a specific tone, something similar to your original PAFs on your R9. Dang Dog, whats goin' on with those Cards...I thought for sure they were going to be meeting the Yanks in the serries and I could tease you a bit about it. Tell those guys to get those Dodgers out of the way or i might have to do something drastic. Not that I would give up on Bud or anything.
