@marzwulf Yes, it was intentional . Robert Duvall was an old friend (and big fan) of Waylon J. I read an interview when Crazy Heart was released where Duvall states that Bridges character was "inspired" by Waylon Jennings...

This (and most of the other uploads) of "Still" have the radio version which deletes (to me) the best verse of the song: "Those memories, times I'm sure we'll never fortget , those feelings we can't put aside, for what we had, sometimes I try to understand, but it's so heavy on my mind"...
