I've experienced pretty much ALL the symptoms listed of being under a chemical attack. Heard people on my roof but can never catch them in action. Of course it's easy to do when they have expensive technology including satellite surveillance that gives them plenty of time to hide if you go looking for them.
Cowards are in for a big surprise in the near future.
