Fitness through calisthenics
About Me:
I had been working out for well over 5 years lifting weights and still looked like complete shit. I mean, I was big, but nothing how I look today.
My body only began to change into the physique I desired for so long after I changed my workouts to Calisthenics training only for my upper body. I've yet to find a calisthenic training program for lower body that will put the mass that I want down there on the wheels.. So in essence, right now, I am lifting weights for legs ONLY.. And I pretty much do only 3-4 exercises. Mainly compound movements.. Only isolation movements for the calves..
The reason I put together this video and going to start putting the information that I've acquired through this past year out is because there is a lot of false information out there.. I tried pretty much all the supplements and just wasted my money.. Tried all the weight lifting routines with perfect form..(Drop sets, giant sets, super sets, straight sets) you name it, I tried it.. Read all the magazines, followed all the diet plans.. Shit didn't work..
One thing I will say right now in this little ditty before I put out the videos on this subject is, and it's probably the most important piece of information that I'll have to share. LEARN YOUR BODY TYPE (Somatotype).. IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR BODY TYPE, YOUR FLYING BLIND..
More info coming soon... I'll show you in exact detail how I got RIPPED.. Not skinny.. RIPPED..DICED (to the bone)... And it took about 4 months or so to get to that level.. And outline some steps you can implement into your own routine to figure out your body.. Because your body is a puzzle.. Only you can figure out where the pieces fit..
I'm not a fitness professional or a nutritionist..So if you are thinking about following anything here, it's @ your own risk.. consult a physician before starting an excersize and nutrition program.
