NOTES
C.N. likes to run their inbounds in pairs. Sometimes they go onto the ex EJ&E, otherwise they head into the city twoards hawthorne yard or Clearing. C.N. outbound trains run in pairs once in a blue moon but they're almost always over 100 cars long. If the train has all C.N. and going slow, it came from the EJ&E. if it has NS or other foreighm power, Definately came from Clearing. BNSF runs unit coal trains twice weekly on the line,one loaded outbound and one empty inbound. If the train has a helper at the end. You'll see it on inbound C.N. manifests going to Chicago within two days. Some CN trains will have power from Northfolk Southern. Mundelein also has Rons hobbies, The best hobby shop in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. The caboose is another rail place in Mndelein. A window looks out to the tracks as they go to Chicago. The food is a liitle pricy but it's worth it! Mundelein has a lot to offer. Metra does not run on Weekends through here because of C.N. and sunday is a day with very little traffic, usually one train every two hours. Go to mundelein and have fun.

NOTES
C.P. always has a train from te twin cities with IC&E or DM&E power, since the C.P. brought out the DM&E. It comes through rondout between 3:30 and 6:30PM. The WSOR runs in the night. You're one lucky son of a bitch if you see it in the daytime, which happened to me. They run down to Clearing from Janesville WI and always have SD40-2s as the power. The closest food place is a small hot dog place in Knollwood. The reason why i don't go there often is because this place is 1.5-2 miles away. It may be almost isolated for bike riders but it is still a great place to go to if you want diversity!

DESCRIPTION
Western avenue has a lot to offer. A station situated at the foot of a small yard, BNSF runs manifests through here. Unit coal trains and other BNSF trains change crews at the foot of the yard as well. Dedhead manifests moves from Cicero can be seen as well. Be sure to look west, where NS, CSX, and UP cross underneath. BNSF also transfers onto that line as well. to the north, U.P. has a big intermodal facility for containers. Amtrak runs the Southwest Chief as well as the lincoln service, i think. There's also a lot of metra to compliment the freight trains. there's usually a ten minute interval between trains. note: IT IS SUGGESTED TO NOT LEAVE THE STATION PLATFORM. Pilsen can be a dangerous place and you might miss something.
